Absolutely no returns without prior authorization (by phone or
email). For any shipment sent back to Ron's Rhinestones for no reason other than a packing error,
defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee imposed.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at
customers expense. All claims must be made within 4 days of receipt of merchandise.

Your merchandise must be back to us in the original packaging and in new condition. We
do not refund shipping costs in the case of non-damaged goods.

At this time, we do not offer a print catalog.
Our collection changes quite frequently. Our photos are compressesd and download quickly.

We stock 85% of our line at all times.
Regular shipping time from start to finish is 7 business days to you if you are in the U.S.A. 14 days internationally.
